Ensures market communication and representation of the company in APAC along the guidelines defined by Global Marketing Communication. Supports local entities in the implementation of internal and external projects. Also works as collaborator of regional Sales and GM.

Job Responsibilities:

· Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products/services

· Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content

· Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for marketing initiatives

· Assist in managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers

· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing projects and initiatives

· Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and promotional activities

· Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for optimization

· Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence

· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in marketing

· Manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

· Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute notes or action items to relevant parties

· Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times

· Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned to support the executive's objectives

Competencies:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

· Previous experience in marketing or related roles is preferred

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.

· Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment

· Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

· Attention to detail and accuracy in all work

· Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
