(For Pooling) Homebased Outbound Rep - Night Shift

This is a 100% NIGHT shift work-from-home role. This role is intended for those with INBOUND AND/OR OUTBOUND experience ONLY.

THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL CALL CENTER JOB. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Submit an updated copy of your resume WITH YOUR PHOTO only if you are a former call center rep, telemarketing officer, outbound rep, appointment setter, cold caller or the like.

This is a FREELANCE outbound role from Monday - Friday. This is 100% home-based.

THIS IS FOR THOSE AVAILABLE TO WORK FOR an 8hr NIGHT SHIFT. If you are currently employed, NO NEED TO SEND APPLICATION.

DUTIES:

Calling every number provided and documenting the phone number type and outcome with 100% accuracy.

Candidates will be required to run the validation process and call at least 90-100 contacts/hour

Follow step-by-step instructions for documenting the result of the call by following the process without making errors.

Follow a validation script to confirm the contact's information.

Completes other tasks as deemed appropriate by the manager.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

No prior issues of tardiness and absences

Strong communication skills

Open to work on a graveyard schedule

Familiarity with call disposition codes is an advantage

Familiarity with dialers will be prioritized (Ex: Vicidial)

Must have a stable internet connection - At least 50 mbps is required!

Backup internet is required! (pocket wifi, Home prepaid wifi, etc)

Must have a desktop/laptop with a working cam for virtual meetings and a computer headset (NOT MOBILE HEADSET)

Must have minimal to no power outage issues
