Role and Responsibilities:
Train the trainees on how to contact individuals by telephone.
Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in a BPO Training role OR 2 years as professional teaching.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills.
Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.Benefits:
30,000-50,000 Base Pay (based on experience and performance)
Low training throughput requirement - 30%
