Job Summary
Helps manage the center of communications for all repair activities and acts as a liaison between customers and the dealership. Acting as the primary point-of-contact for all automotive service matters, he or she must thoroughly understand the customer’s problems to set and manage expectations and provide world-class service.
Job Description
Responsible for the entire customer service experience from the service drive until the vehicle is turned back over to the customer; serves as a liaison between customers and technicians.
Processes work order and provide accurate estimates on services or repairs needed.
Effectively communicates to the customer the timeline of repair and maintenance; constantly monitors and provides updates to customers on the status of their vehicle under repair.
Carefully inspects job done and pricing accuracy.
Edits and finalizes work orders for billing purposes.
Follows up accounts receivable.
Qualifications
College graduate (of any course) with automotive background or inclination.
Short course certification in automotive-related courses (NCII) is an advantage.
Must know how to drive (with driver’s license codes 1, 2).
Automotive skills are an advantage.
