Market new clients by networking & prospecting

Ensure customer satisfaction

Achieve targets for sales growth & revenue

Come up with strategies, tactics, profit targets & sales plans

Plan new programs / sales initiatives to increase business and profits

Set weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals for the sales staff

Monitor progress of set goals and troubleshoots problems/ issues in the store

QUALIFICATIONS:

College graduate or college level

With 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience, in retail is an advantage

Excellent verbal and written communication

Computer Literate (MS Word, MS Power point, MS Excel)

Willing to travel in stores within CDO

Office Location:
