Technical Support

Responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Provides post-sales technical support.

Assist clients with product selection and configuration.

Performs fieldwork and handles in-house repairs for walk-in clients.

Is capable of following various procedures as per client requirements.

Perform other tasks that may be assigned.

Qualifications:

Any IT-related courses or vocational technical course.

Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Willing to perform fieldwork and on-site assignments.

Organized and with a keen attention to details.

Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision.
