Armed Account Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an Armed Account Manager to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.

Prospect and contact potential customers.

Hire prospective guard applicants.

Manage location schedules communicating with HQ scheduling department.

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.

Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.

Weekly customer client visitations

Investigate client concerns.

Inventory/management reporting for uniforms and equipment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

Familiarity with CRM platforms

Ability to build rapport with clients.

Strong negotiation skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

Minimum of 2 years management experience in security.

High school diploma or higher.

Bilingual/Spanish

Veteran or police background preferred.Company Description
