The Role – 2 x Cleaning Operative x 1 @ 20 hrs / 1@ 14.5 hrs per week

AM Services Group is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated Cleaner to assist with the cleanliness and upkeep of a leading design and engineering site in Lockwood Huddersfield

This is a Permanent Part time role, the suitable candidate will be available to work a variety of shifts as the buisness needs - Monday to Friday from anything between 8:00 - 20:00 With the option of gaining Overtime to cover holidays and sickness

Duties/Key Responsibilities

To handle the overall day-to-day management of the cleaning operation on site in a safe, efficient and professional manner covering all aspects. Providing professional cleaning services to our client to a high standard at all times by completing all aspects of general cleaning on-site.

Cleaning tasks including damp mopping, washing surfaces, sweeping and vacuuming

Cleaning toilets facilities, washrooms

Cleaning offices, meeting rooms and production areas

Cleaning of the staff kitchens and dining areas

Cleaning windows within easy reach.

Carry out any reasonable task requested by the Managers and Supervisors

Use cleaning materials in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.

Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.

Skills Required

Commitment to Customer Service with good communication skills.

Good knowledge and experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment.

Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.

Good timekeeping and attendance are important

Experience with work to tight schedules.

Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.

Resided in the UK for the last 5 years

The appointment of this role will be subject to completion of a satisfactory DBS Check - Disclosure Barring Service Check.
