PM/Estimator - Glass and Glazing

A rapidly growing Glass company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced PM/Estimator to join their culture-driven team in the Glass and Glazing industry. As a PM/Estimator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects, estimating costs, and ensuring successful project completion.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Conduct accurate estimations of project costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.

Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to develop project plans, specifications, and schedules.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Glass and Glazing industry

Experience with Unitized Curtainwall and Storefront projects.

Proficient in using LogiKal and Bluebeam software

Strong knowledge of glass and glazing systems, materials, fabrication, and installation processes.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving abilities to address project challenges and find effective solutions.
