We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Drywall Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and estimating drywall projects for commercial construction. The role involves overseeing all aspects of drywall projects, from initial estimation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction methodologies and materials.️ #BuildBeyondLimits

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments of project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates for drywall projects.

- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are understood and met.

- Prepare and present detailed project proposals, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

- Manage all aspects of drywall projects, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and quality control.

- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specifications.

- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and implementing effective solutions to mitigate delays or issues.

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.

- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and budgetary concerns.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

- Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members, promoting collaboration and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial drywall project management and estimating.

- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple drywall projects simultaneously, from inception to completion.

- Strong understanding of construction principles, techniques, and materials, particularly related to drywall installation.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a focus on motivating and guiding project teams to achieve project goals.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

- Experience with estimating software such as Edge, or QuickBid,

- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.

- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification.
