Traffic/Technology Engineer

Job Description

Multi-state design firm is seeking a Senior Traffic/Technology Engineer for their team in Denver, Colorado!

Responsibilities:

Conduct citywide safety studies, signal timing, improving signal systems, and evaluating/designing Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)

Traffic design of traffic signals, roundabouts, pavement marking, signing, and temporary traffic control

Lead QA/QC for the team

Use technical experience to serve as advisor on complex projects

Project management duties as needed

Supervise/direct professionals/technical staff

Mentor/train junior staff

May require minimal travel to job sites

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

6+ years of traffic engineering experience

PE License

Salary is commensurate with experience.
