Position Summary

Key Objectives:

The successful applicant is responsible for maintaining & developing the business with clear objective of achieving the company’s sales targets and KPI in CE Division.

1. Maximize revenue and profit by setting sales strategies and plans that focuses on the assigned region/market based on the sales strategies.

2. Build the foundation for maximizing sales revenue and profit by providing continued support through communication with the assigned region/market.

Role and Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

Independent/ Organized Dealer channel Management

Distributor Management with Structured communication to distributors

Achieve Weekly and Monthly sales targets by product

Channel management & development

PSI: (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) management with assigned accounts.

Upcoming Forecast for 12 weeks & input on System. AP1,Order earliness Quarterly targets

Competitors monitoring (Prices, Activities, Line-up)

Inventory management (No aging in Samsung warehouse and partners)

Sell-In, Sell-through, Sell-out programs development, and full responsibility of sales cycle

Account Receivable (A/R) management (No overdue, sealing); A/P full process

Marketing activity monitoring and analysis :, ROI

Market share achievement :Shelf Share, Sell out, trend analysis, Display & flooring

Insure to achieve KPI’s targets set by management: WOS, Profit target, TIM% targets.

Other Responsibilities:

1. [Sales target management] Manage the optimal sales target that will drive the growth of the business unit and drive to encourage employee morale.

2. [Sales strategy setting] Review the optimal sales strategy that will allow to meet the sales target by analyzing the assigned market, product, and competitor data.

3. [Sales support] Manage the material and human resources support to a relevant region or business organization and their efforts to meet the sales target.

4. [Sales monitoring, opportunity identification and risk management] Monitor sales and operation status and other issues and eliminate risk factors through communication.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience, Education and Skills:

Bachelor / Master degree in business, Engineering or any related field.

With minimum 9 years' experience in the Sales Management & Account Management, preferably in Consumer Electronic business / TV & Home Appliances

Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus and strong ability to engage and communicate with all CE channel actors (partners, dealers, salesmen & end-users)

Demonstrates a high level of productivity and quality. Multitasks effectively.

Strong drive for results, combined with a creative approach to problem solving and marketing management.

Priority setting & Problem solving.

Willing to travel for business purposes.

Fluent Arabic & English Language, excellent negotiation skills.

• May lead a small team of professionals with limited control over budget spending.

• Typically implements short-term action plans rather than developing policy, process or strategy

• Enhances or Improves methods or procedures and provides coaching to team members to ensure successful outcome

• Has deep knowledge on one job area or broad knowledge on several job areas.
