TEWS has an immediate need for a Sr. Azure Engineer. In this role, you will ensure the maintenance of all technologies in their specialty area. You will collaborate with other IT department engineers to ensure that implementing all new and existing technologies meets the business's design requirements and needs and is aligned with IT strategy.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Ensuring new Microsoft 365 services introduced have the appropriate support model in place to ensure they are maintained and supported effectively.

Design, produce, and maintain high-quality management information for all technologies in your area of responsibility. Designing, implementing, and maintaining effective monitoring and alerting for all systems in your area of responsibility.
Being responsible for the underlying technologies in use to deliver Microsoft 365 services.
Providing high-level technical expertise and specialist knowledge for Microsoft 365 services
Liaising with technical leads and other IT teams on all matters relating to Microsoft 365.
Ensuring compliance with change & release management procedures for all work carried out.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Five or more years of experience in 3rd level support
Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite of products and related technologies
Experience in managing and supporting a large Microsoft 365 tenant
Experience in managing and supporting an Azure Active Directory tenant
Good knowledge of Microsoft Intune
Evidence of excellent relationship management skills at all levels
Team player with a strong emphasis on providing excellent customer service
Good knowledge and understanding of ITIL management protocols and procedures
Ability to work in a pressurized situation during tight project deadlines or operational incidents
Desirable Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Experience in managing and supporting a hybrid Microsoft Exchange On-Premises environment
Experience in managing and deploying Group Policy Objects (GPO)
Knowledge of iOS & Android platform management
Knowledge of virtual desktop technology Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert#zip
