Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for roofing and construction? The Zephyr Team, a premier roofing and construction company in Central IL, is seeking an experienced Residential and Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing workforce. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a key role in driving leads, developing proposals, and closing deals in the Central Illinois area.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the generation of leads and maintain a robust pipeline of residential and commercial roofing sales opportunities.

Foster and nurture relationships with homeowners, property managers, contractors, and other potential clients.

Develop and present compelling sales proposals tailored to clients' needs.

Collaborate closely with the construction team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and the competitive landscape.

Engage with prospects, perform site visits, and assess roofing needs to provide tailored roofing solutions.

Produce accurate cost estimates and deliver proposals promptly.

Coordinate with the construction team to facilitate deal closure and maintain customer information in the company CRM(JOBNIMBUS).

Build and maintain relationships with residential and commercial customers, ensuring satisfaction and seeking referrals.

Minimum Requirements:

3+ years of sales experience, preferably in residential and commercial roofing.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to excel in a self-driven, target-based environment.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Computer and phone application literate, with the ability to learn new software programs.

Physically able to climb ladders.

Motivated, energized, and able to work well in a team environment.
