Join one of Woodbury’s most successful and established eyecare centers. Mead EyeCare and EyeWear is seeking an energetic full-time optician

Responsibilities:

Superior customer service skills – “patient satisfaction and service excellence”

Greets patients in exam room after their medical eye exam. Confirming what the patients vision needs are and what the doctor is prescribing and recommending.

Make eyewear sales and submit orders

Dispense and adjust eyewear

Ensures required authorizations are signed and insurance referrals are on file

Excellent communication skills required

Advanced computer skills (Electronic health record software experience preferred)

Proven attendance and punctuality

We are a full service optometry clinic and optical shop. The office has been in business for over 40 years and has been a staple in Woodbury, MN. We are looking for someone to assist in sales of glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service, an ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, strong verbal communication, and a positive attitude.
