The Role:

As a Fire Doorset Officer, you’ll be at the centre of this work. Acting as a liaison between the Fire Safety Team, leaseholders, contractors, and Project Managers, you’ll manage the doorset installation process for leasehold front entrance doors. You’ll assist in the development and review of the fire doorset programme, supporting its management and delivery across the borough.

Acting as a source of advice and support to leaseholders, you’ll ensure they are fully informed of the fire safety regulations relating to front entrance doors. You’ll answer enquires, organising, attending and chairing localised Homeowner Surgeries and Resident Association meetings. Everything you do will be geared towards fire-safety and ensuring residents have everything they need to feel secure in their homes.

About You:

A natural communicator, you’ll have excellent front-facing customer service skills, and the ability to influence and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders and customers. You’ll have honed prioritising and planning skills, with a proactive approach to process monitoring and trouble shooting. You’ll be a true team player with proven experience of working both as part of a team and independently to achieve positive outcomes for customers.
