Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
Check freshness and quality of ingredients
Assist in the development of menu items
Standardize recipes and plate presentations
Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
Create and delegate cleaning projects and maintain organization
Follow flow charts set by the food and beverage manager
Qualifications:
Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
Knowledge of cost and labor systems
Passion for food and cooking techniques
Strong leadership qualities and ability to work as part of a team
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Problem solving ability
Weekend availability
Ability to work in a family friendly environment
Company Description
Swing-A-Round sits on five acres in Fenton, MO. We have 3 Miniature Golf Courses, Go Karts, Batting Cages, Bumper Boats, Arcade, Playground, and fast casual restaurant. We are open 12 months out of the year and are entering our peak season for the next six months. We are seeking a positive, dynamic, detail orientated, team leader to join our team. Management experience is preferred, but not required.
