Salary: $105.000-125.000/yr, depending on previous experience

Job Description:
The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) will provide primary healthcare services to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. FNPs work in collaboration with other providers and other healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions. They also provide preventative care, such as physical exams, screenings, and immunizations.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Perform comprehensive physical exams and assessments
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
Prescribe medications and other therapies
Provide preventative care, including physical exams and screenings
Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nursing
Current state nursing license as a Family Nurse Practitioner
Experience working in a family practice setting is a plus
Experience with telemedicine is a plus
