Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000 plus super minimum /year

Location: Office location will be determined dependant on the right applicant, as we have offices based in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, and Perth.

The Role:

We are searching for an experienced Software Developer to work within one of our Digital agency teams on a full-time basis. You must be enthusiastic about technology and constantly be looking at the next innovation. On top of possessing strong oral, interpersonal, and organizational abilities, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and tolerance is a necessity. You will be rewarded with training and mentoring from the senior development team within an excellent team atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Experience managing medium to large development projects.

Advanced understanding and knowledge of the software development, source control and testing methodologies, such as agile.

Create and modify and test existing code

Advanced experience and knowledge of CRM and CMS platforms

Ensure all your work is performed according to the brief and the minimum requirements for each client

Develop fast and efficiently to meet tight deadlines

Update and amend existing assets

Maintain client digital assets to the best of your ability using clean, accessible mark-up according to the latest web standards

Help and advise project managers with client’s digital requests

Keep an eye on the latest trends to help boost development efficiencies

Awareness of the client’s platforms with the ability to build solutions that take advantage of the latest operating system features while remaining performant on the latest device

Experience in a range of front end and back end languages

Experience in agile methodology would be ideal, but not a deal breaker

Used to taking direction from a range of stakeholders (e.g. Producers as well as Account Service

Experience working closely and in collaboration with a QA team
