Position Overview: Are you an experienced accounting professional with a passion for manufacturing? We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join our team and take charge of our financial management processes. In this role, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, implementing financial controls, and providing strategic insights to support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

Oversee month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.

Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to maintain compliance with regulations and best practices.

Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to support audits and tax filings.

Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

CPA certification or advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.

Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
