Job Description
$29,000 - $45,000 yearlyResponsibilities:
Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again
Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients
Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Achieving or exceeding monthly sales goals
Building long-lasting relationships with clients
Providing memorable and authentic customer service
Managing inventory and repairs
Custom Jewelry and special orders
Marketing and Social media posts
Assisting teammates and management as needed
Qualifications:
At least one year of experience as a sales representative
Must have high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor’s degree is preferred
Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process
Possess superb customer service skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and communication skills
Experience and skills in selling luxury items are preferred but not required
Must be goal-driven and self-motivated
