Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Build relationships with clients, understand their insurance requirements, and recommend suitable coverage options.
Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients, explain insurance products, and close sales deals.
Premium Collection: Assist clients with premium payments and provide guidance on payment options.
Customer Service: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service at all times.
Requirements
Licensing: A valid Texas Insurance License is required.
Experience: Previous sales experience, particularly in the insurance industry, is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
