General Superintendent - Heavy Civil / DOT / Grading

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced General Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and completing heavy civil construction, DOT, and grading & excavation projects.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of heavy civil construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion

Manage a team of project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals

Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

Resolve project issues and conflicts

Maintain a safe and productive work environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field

10+ years of experience in heavy civil / DOT / grading & excavation construction projects

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other construction software
