Overview:

Regional Battleground Associates will enable the work of the Battleground States Team by executing on essential projects and tracking. Associates will help with administrative and scheduling tasks for their respective pod. Associates will also support states by streamlining communication to and from National HQ. We are looking for folks with a variety of backgrounds and experience and are dedicated to building a team that looks like America.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment of campaign priorities across departments

Provide administrative and project management support to the assigned POD

Work closely with the Pod Director and Deputy Director to ensure state interests and priorities are represented in national conversations

Work on special projects and other duties as assigned

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Deep knowledge of Google Suite

Excellent organizational skills

Experience working with and creating spreadsheets

Familiarity with political campaigns, volunteering or otherwise

The salary for this position is $60,000, on an annualized basis, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position is in the bargaining unit represented by SEIU Local-500.
