Total Annual Compensation Package:

$50,000 - $66,000 potential annual salary

Generous hourly wage plus commission and bonus incentives

Position Description:

Coordinate and sell quality floor coverings: carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl and tile. The overall goal is to drive sales through superior customer service.

Greets customer on sales floor and determines type and quality of merchandise desired

Qualifies customers, then shows merchandise or samples of merchandise to customer

Schedules appointment with an estimator to obtain exact dimensions

Follows up timely and professionally with customers on all requests

Participates in on-going training to increase product knowledge

Position Requirements:

Motivation with a strong drive and desire to succeed in a sales role

Confidence and the ability to advise on design choices

Previous success in a sales role preferred

Intermediate knowledge of computers

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
