NOW HIRING RECRUITER!

The position is responsible for generating new placements through direct contact with new and existing candidates. Working within your team, you will be pre-recruiting, qualifying, and hiring the right candidate into the appropriate client positions. This position is a vital part of engaging into the overall culture of the company. This includes recruiting, social media engagement, when needed and talent development. Every associate is a team member, and will help fill in other duties as needed.

Description: This job requires a friendly person with personality a plus. Must obtain good probing skills, empathy to be able to identify trends and significant responses during the initial interview of candidates. This job is responsible for assessment and placement of talent as well as maintaining client relations as needed. Must have great computer skills and knowledge with Microsoft office. Pay is based on experience.

Hours are Mon - Fri 8AM to 4PM
