Purpose of this Position:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing of the company and the company's services. This person will help maintain the company’s website and brand through coordinating services with outside vendors, organize webinars, partner engagement, They will also support lead generation through SEO efforts, social media, blog posts, email campaigns, and newsletters. The ideal candidate will be great with tools, digital marketing processes, and follow-through.

Essential Functions:

Oversee blog: from relationships with writers to getting the articles live on site.

Coordinate lead generation activities:

Coordinate with all vendors to ensure timely delivery

Website maintenance and making sure content is pushed out on time

Admin for just about every marketing software/application

Coordinate relationships with Digital Marketing Vendors

Oversee Campaigns and new initiatives (Digital and Physical)

Event coordination

Coordinate, Lead and Maintain Documentation for Marketing Department

Reporting

Required Education and Experience:

2+ years of experience in marketing coordination and/or Coordination, preferably in a professional environment

2+ years of experience in graphic design for web maintenance

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Graphic Design, or equivalent experience

Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to take ownership of designing graphics for the company’s brand, including but not limited to informational sheets, website, and promotional products

High degree of flexibility with the ability to work in a small, fast-paced environment

Thorough and detail-oriented, organized, with excellent time Coordination skills

Ability to quickly learn, understand and evaluate current and new tools

Self-starter who can work independently with a proactive attitude

Prefered Education and Experience:

2+ years of experience in IT or cybersecurity-related marketing position
