Duties & Responsibilities:

• Generate creative ideas for promotional and holiday campaign graphics

• Collaborate with designers and agencies to maintain brand consistency

• Produce visually compelling materials to boost brand awareness

• Utilize digital tools to enhance the visual impact of marketing materials

• Track and manage inventory levels of marketing collateral

• Coordinate with vendors to replenish marketing materials

• Implement efficient systems for organizing and distributing collateral

• Stay updated on digital trends to enhance marketing effectiveness

• Provide administrative support to the sales team

• Assist in coordinating sales events and promotional activities

Competencies & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• 1-2 years of related work experience

• Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish and English, with the ability to read and comprehend both languages fluently

• Proven experience in marketing coordination or similar role

• Strong creative mindset with innovative ideas

• Proficiency in graphic design tools and software

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills

• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
