As an Optometrist with us you'll be providing excellent customer and patient care. Working alongside the Practice Manager, Optical Teams and Clinical Governance Optometrists. You’ll create a culture where everyone is passionate about doing the right thing.

Using your passion for delivering patient care you'll work with colleagues to deliver a positive customer journey.

Bringing your vibrant personality into the day to day running of the practice – working with your colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly

Building longstanding relationships – not only with colleagues and customers but with healthcare professionals in the local community

What you’ll need to have

Fully qualified / soon to be GOC registered Optometrist

Additional registration with the relevant NHS body

Fluent speaking English

Passion for patient care

• Competitive salary of up to £65,000 (depending on experience, location and mobility) plus Welcome Bonus of up to £10,000

• A highly-rewarding, performance-based, uncapped discretionary bonus scheme up to £1,200 per quarter

Optometrists, we have a fantastic opportunity that has just become available for our practice at Boots Opticians Brighton.

We're proud to be a busy Centre of Expertise store in the centre of Brighton.

We benefit from 5 testing rooms with fantastic equipment including both Phoropters and OCT, therefore you will be able to work with only the best equipment.

We've recently upgraded our Brighton store and it's equipment through a full store refit. With this extensive investment we'll enable our Optometrists to continue to provide amazing care in a fantastic and vibrant environment.

Our team are fabulous, led by Mandy Lidster you will have amazing support from day one. You will be working alongside a great team of Clinicians including Dispensing Opticians, Contact Lens Optician and Resident Optometrists.

We are very accessible by public transport. We also benefit from several local car parks close to the practice.
