Looking to contribute and collaborate on building rad residential remodeling projects? Sea Pointe Design & Remodel is looking for a construction Project Coordinator. This position is responsible for supporting our Project Managers, material procurement and overseeing pre-construction logistics to ensure successful home remodeling projects,

The right player should enjoy communicating and collaborating with our team of designers, project managers and clients. You should be an excellent planner with killer scheduling and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.

What you’ll do:

Schedule, order, and procure all materials as necessary for our construction projects. This will include windows, doors, tile, specialty items, and more.

Produce material take-offs for items such as tile and flooring.

Complete onsite job visits and measure for window and door orders.

Coordinate the procurement of replacement parts in collaboration with our Project Managers.

Receive and log material receivable deliveries for jobs in our warehouse.

Manage our in-house material inventory.

Coordinate with subcontractors for job scheduling and confirm accurate scopes of work.

Assist in coordination of warranty work and handyman projects.

What you’ll need:

Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in general construction - residential is a plus!

Demonstrated oral and written communication skills

Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and related software.

Knowledge of Builder Trend is awesome!
