How You Will Make an Impact
Order Fulfillment: Distribution Center Fulfillment Specialist/Operator will execute order picking, packing, and shipping processes accurately and efficiently according to established procedures
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciliation
Quality Assurance: Distribution Center Fulfillment Specialist/Operator will inspect products for damage or defects prior to packaging to ensure only high-quality items are shipped to customers
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues
Equipment Operations: Distribution Center Fulfillment Specialist/Operator will operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse associates, supervisors, and logistics coordinators, to achieve department goals
Process Improvement: Distribution Center Fulfillment Specialist/Operator will identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute ideas for continuous improvement initiatives
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory levels, and shipping manifests using computerized systems or manual logs

What You Bring to the Table
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or vocational training in logistics or related field preferred
3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or inventory management required
Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills, RF scanner experience including familiarity with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
