Position: General Labor/Paint Filler Operator

Full Time

Hours: 6:30am to 5pm

Monday through Thursday

Some Fridays -OT

Pay: $18.00 an hour

Contract -(The Right Individual)

Company is looking for A General Labor/Paint Filler Operator, 1st Shift.

You would get a batch ticket and then go and find the pre- printed batch ticket to match it up to; there are empty paint buckets that are already segregated with the matching ticket attached:

For instance, the ticket might say -Client ABC company, 60 five gallon buckets, yellow paint, .

You would then look for the 60 buckets that are segregated with the matching ticket in it: to the ABC Company, 60 buckets, yellow.

There could be more than one order per company, or there might be similar batch tickets, attention to detail and reading comprehension.

You would turn on the spicket that allows the paint to flow, and then fill primarily, but not exclusively a five gallon bucket (or a one or fifty five gallon bucket. )

You may also use a pail assist machine (think of something that looks like a giant immersion blender) to move the buckets onto the pallets.

Fill out a ticket recording what you filled.

The five-gallon containers weigh 50-60#.

There might be some occasions on which you will need to move the bucket a short distance by hand.

Note: You may need to be fitted for a respirator.

Limited facial hair; trimmed go-tee.

Pass a OSHA respirator clearance test, and a baseline hearing test, as well as in house fit test.

Not all the jobs require a respirator.

There would be some occasions on which they might be moving the buckets a short distance by hand.
