Job Description
We are seeking a fabulous individual to fill the position of Customer Fulfillment Operations Manager. As you can tell by the title this is a multi-faceted position needing someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and provides terrific customer service (internal & external).
Job Responsibilities & Objectives
Work closely with the Vice President, Account Managers, and National Educator
Ability to work collaborative team environment.
Responsible for ensuring maximum efficiency, accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction with order processing from beginning to end using our order management system.
Proficient in quality control from client orders, monthly promotions, fulfilling, packing orders, and shipping to Customers throughout the United States and Canada. Domestic and Canada shipping expert.
Manage all customer returns and credits.
Contact the customer on any payment, order, or product issues.
Assists in troubleshooting orders – reviews for all promotions, shipping addresses, etc. Work daily with Account Managers and Fulfillment staff to resolve all errors.
Prepare and ship prospect packages per directives.
Manage all inventory counts from supplies to products.
Monitor product shortages & notify management.
Issue Net 30 account interest statements on overdue accounts weekly and post-received payments.
Other administrative work related to Customer fulfillment as assigned.
Lead all warehouse-related projects, including but not limited to seasonal promotions and trade shows.
Re-organize warehouse semi-annually to accommodate new product launches.
Requirements for the candidate:
- College preferred or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of administrative/customer service experience required.
- 3+ years management experience required.
- Excellent organizational skills, with superb attention to detail.
- A quick willing learner.
- Computer Skills - Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook), Google Drive, and CRM programs.
- Good situation assessment and prioritization abilities.
- Ready to manage a wide array of roles in a small office environment.
- High degree of professionalism, communication skills, and ability to effectively manage time.
- Must be self-motivated and driven to take initiative.
