Job Description
In conjunction with the Installation Department Manager, the Prep & Finish Coordinator will oversee daily activities to plan and coordinate activities for completion of items needed to support the completion of job installations.
Responsibilities
Occasionally assists as a back-up to the department manager.
Review Finish and Install work orders and ensure all materials and parts are accounted for job installation completion.
Communicate needs and coordinate with other departments for items needed.
Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
Ensure safety standards are followed at all times.
Foster team environment and promote an engaged workforce.
Assist with deliveries and installation as needed.
Performs all other work as assigned by management. (top lamination, final cabinet assembly etc.)
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum two to three years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
Proficiency in use of computers and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
Driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
