Our client, a well-established national QSR chain known for its great culture and career growth opportunities, is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager for their locations in Homestead and Lauderhill. Responsibilities:

- Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations

- Assist in hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team of crew members and shift leaders

- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, recipes, and procedures

- Monitor food safety, sanitation, and quality control to maintain a safe and compliant restaurant

- Optimize labor and inventory management to control costs and drive profitability

- Foster a positive, inclusive, and guest-focused culture that aligns with the company's values

- Step in to manage the restaurant in the General Manager's absence

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Assistant General Manager or Manager in a QSR or fast-casual restaurant setting

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members

- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and restaurant operations best practices

- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software

- ServSafe certification preferred

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in hospitality, business, or related field a plus
