Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and bar

- Manage, train, and develop a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff

- Ensure consistent delivery of top-quality food and beverages, while maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere

- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to drive profitability

- Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation regulations

- Build strong relationships with guests and the local community to promote repeat business and positive word-of-mouth

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a bar/grill setting

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Deep knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development and inventory management

- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office

- ServSafe certification preferred
