Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Grove City, OH, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Sales Coach at Alli Addiction Services, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. You will provide guidance, training, and motivation to the sales representatives, develop sales strategies, and identify areas for improvement in sales processes. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of sales goals with overall company objectives.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a sales coach, sales manager, or similar role
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Excellent coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Experience in the addiction services or healthcare industry is a plus
