Job Description We at Apna Mart are seeking a results-driven and experienced Cluster Head to spearhead our franchise sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, developing strategic sales plans, and fostering strong relationships within our network.

This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual who can drive our franchise expansion to new heights.

Responsibilities Identify and cultivate new leads for potential franchise partnerships, utilizing effective sales strategies and networking opportunities.

Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve targeted franchise growth objectives.

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key areas for franchise development and expansion.

Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of franchise sales initiatives.

Provide exceptional support and guidance to potential franchisees throughout the onboarding and sales process.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Proven track record in franchise sales or a similar role within the Retail sector.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
