Join Our Team as a Psychiatrist at The George Washington University Hospital in Washington, DC!

Are you a passionate Psychiatrist seeking a fulfilling opportunity? Look no further! The George Washington University Hospital is actively seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist to join our team in Consultative Liaison and outpatient services. This is a full-time position offering a unique balance between consultative liaison services and outpatient care.

Responsibilities:

Serve on the psychiatry hospitalist team, providing care to medical-surgery units, the inpatient psychiatric service, and the emergency department

Teach and mentor medical students and residents

Conduct outpatient consultations and develop clinical research programs.

Qualifications:

MD/DO degree from an accredited program

Board eligible or certified in Psychiatry

Completion of C/L Psychiatry Fellowship training preferred

Licensed to practice in Washington, DC or ability to obtain

Minimum of four to five years of training experience

Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians.
