$90,000 - $120,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals

Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly

Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business

Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel

Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information

Participate in storm damage assessments and inspections.

Flexibility for travel when needed (Dallas, College Station, Austin, Louisiana, etc.)

Learn the product/s we offer for new roof installs, and how the product should be installed.

Attend company and manufacturer trainings and product meetings.

Qualifications:

High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred

Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills

Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales

2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience
