General Office Administrator is a position that will have a touch point in every department of the dealership. This position is pivotal to the success of our dealership. Motor Inn is known for having outstanding customer service. The culture is one of excitement and customer is first. Motor Inn has flexible hours. No weekends, unless we have an special event.

General Office Administrator will have a role in stocking in as well as reporting the sale of new Chevrolet, Toyota and Buick automobiles. Processing service work orders. This position will support our collision center as well. Speaking with insurance companies concerning bids and funds collected. a

Responsibilities:* Supporting the sale staff by reconciling incentive for new vehicle sales. The successful candidate will work closely with department managers to assist in running our business and maximizing profitability * The ideal candidate will work closely with the collision center manager collecting and reconciling insurance and in house claims. * The successful candidate will be responsible for accounts payable and receivables. * The successful candidate will work closely with department managers to assist in running our business and maximizing profitability.

Qualifications:* Self Starter.* The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of accounting principles. * Posses the ability to multi-task.
