As our Sales and Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our studio's success. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to take full responsibility for achieving exceptional results. You'll be the mastermind behind our sales strategies, ensuring that our studio not only meets but exceeds its goals.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead Generation Extraordinaire: Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into grassroots marketing and networking like never before. You'll be the captain of our lead generation efforts, drumming up excitement and interest in our studio.

Follow-Up Wizard: Prepare to make waves with your follow-up skills! You'll be making a whopping 250+ follow-up calls a week, ensuring that no lead slips through the cracks.

Event Coordination Guru: From coordinating offsite marketing events to partnering with local businesses, you'll be the mastermind behind our sales events, spreading the word about our studio far and wide.

Goal Crusher: Sales goals and KPIs? Consider them crushed! You'll effectively manage our sales goals and key performance indicators, driving our studio to new heights of success.

Membership Maestro: Get ready to work your magic on membership sales! Through your outside sales efforts and business development savvy, you'll be driving membership sign-ups like a pro.

Team Captain: As the supervisor you'll lead by example, inspiring and guiding our team to greatness.

Schedule Sorcerer: Managing the staff schedule will be a breeze for you. You'll ensure that our studio runs like a well-oiled machine, with all hands-on deck at the right times.What You Bring to the Table:

Requirements:

2+ years of sales experience

Experience opening new fitness studios (preferred)
