Job Description
SUMMARY
Responsible for the sales of all Comtech Satellite Network Technologies’ products to current and prospective US Government customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the sales development and support of Comtech EF Data, Comtech Xicom, Comtech ELEVATE, and Comtech Memotec products in the region.
Consistently meet or exceed bookings targets
Develop and execute a territory strategy, resulting in increased revenue for North America
Build and maintain a pipeline of active and qualified accounts
Present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and ROI analyses to persuasively illustrate the benefits of proposed solutions.
Provide feedback to product management regarding requests by prospects for new features and products
Set appropriate client expectations regarding implementation and delivery
Remain up-to-date and educated on market and industry trendsQualifications
Minimum 5 years in satellite or telecom industry
Applicants with Experience in US Government program captures will be given preference
Requires comprehension of satellite communications and the application of individual components
Highly customer focused
Ability to prioritize activities to meet due dates
Strong leadership qualities both with customers and employees
Highly efficient and able to multi-task
Compensation: $100,000 annual base salary, depending on experience, plus participation in sales commission program
