ER WI (Locum)

Wapiti Medical Staffing is seeking a physician (MD or DO) for Emergency Department coverage in Spooner, located in northwestern Wisconsin near the Minnesota border.

PHYSICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES / FACILITY DETAILS

Physician (MD or DO) for PRN locum tenens ER coverage

12 and 24 hour shifts available

Trauma Level IV with an annual volume of 7K (19 patients per 24 hours

EMR is EPIC with Dragon

PHYSICIAN QUALIFICATIONS

Wisconsin medical license and DEA

Board certified or eligible with current Emergency Medicine experience; any board accepted including ABPS

Medical residents are not accepted at this time

Required life supports include ACLS or CALS (waived if ABEM certified), ACLS, and PALS

COVID/Flu Vaccination Requirement: Preferred but not required.
