Job Description Title: Salaried Licensed P&C Insurance Agent

Location: Sterling, VA

Work Setting: In office

Schedule : Monday to Friday (Rotating schedule: 9-5pm first week, 10-6pm following week) No Weekends

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting salary: $55,000 - $75,000+ per year

Prestige Insurance Services is seeking a motivated Salaried Licensed P&C Insurance Agent to join our award-winning team in Sterling, VA. As a licensed agent, you will be responsible for selling personal and commercial insurance policies, providing top-level customer service, managing claims, and working with carrier underwriters.

Requirements:

Must be a licensed P&C Insurance Agent

Strong communication skills

Ability to negotiate and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service

Associates or undergraduate degree preferred

Knowledge of insurance coverages and underwriting

Experience in selling all types of insurance

Team-player mentality Position Overview:

Calling leads and prospects

Quoting and selling personal and commercial insurance policies

Documenting the management system

Providing top-level commercial customer service

Cross-selling existing clients

Leads development

Claims management

Working on renewal policies

Issuing endorsements
