Full time Board Certified/Board Eligible, Family Medicine Physicianto join our not-for profit health center. The Family Medicine Physician willwork in an outpatient setting within a Family Health Center. The facility provides care to the underservedpopulation of Mesa, AZ. and qualifies for the NHSC (Score of 21)& Federal HPSA Loan Repayment Programs.

Requirements: M.D. or D.O. degree, valid Arizona license andbe Board-certified or Board eligible.
