Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the sales team to achieve profit and revenue targets.

Identify and nurture new business opportunities.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order placement, credit/payment processing, and delivery coordination.

Establish quarterly sales targets and drive efforts to meet them.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or account management, focused on IT retail channels.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in IT.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proactive, self-motivated, and driven by results.

Able to work independently and thrive under pressure.

Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
