Position: Research and Data Entry Specialist
Number of hours: 40 hours/week
Job Duration: Project-based
Work Location: On-site; Lagro, Quezon City
Tasks required:
Generate and source out influencer leads through Social Media and other channels
Schedule lead appointments as well as follow up and/or confirm appointments using different communication channels (email, chat, calls.)
Contact new leads, referrals, etc. using different channels of communication (email, chat, calls.)
Maintain and protect electronic databases
Create spreadsheets to track important information and orders
Ensure that information entered in the database is up-to-date and accurate
Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records
Search for and investigate information contained in files
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Input text-based and numerical information from source documents
Provide occasional administrative support
Review data for deficiencies or errors
Input data quickly and efficiently
Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned
Requirements:
Work experience as a Data Entry Clerk or a relevant experience is an advantage
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite)
Ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
Knows how to craft responses and do meaningful conversations
Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
Exhibit strong work ethic and initiative
Keen attention to detail with the ability to process large amounts of data
Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
