Job Summary:

The Guest Relation officer who is responsible in presenting a high-quality service to the guests/clints at

the Yacht Club. The role responsibilities are to manage the Yacht Clubs front desk main entrance by

welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way, addressing and escalating customer complaints.

Providing information about facilities, programs and other relatable services. This role requires an

excellent communicator with social intelligence who can stay positive when facing difficult situations,

and ability in being reliable and customer-oriented to ensure that the clints are satisfied with the service

and enjoy their stay at the Yacht Club.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming members and guests in a presentable way.

Review arrival lists and records.

Receive and take care of all members and guests.

Answer the inquiries of members on a timely basis.

Assist the other staff members in preparing welcome folders for the members.

Give the required information about different areas of our JYC to all members.

Provide information about facilities, programs, and other services.

Promote the services provided by our JYC.

Foresee the needs of all members and ensure they are satisfied with our service.

Build a long-term association with the members.

Help members with various tasks like arranging meeting room reservations, restaurant booking,

providing supplies, etc.

Address grievances issues and inform Guest Relations Manager as and when required.

Record all necessary data and information in the designated registers every day.

Comply with health and safety standards (OSHS).

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in hospitality management or a relevant field.

2+ years of work experience as a Guest Relations Officer, Hotel Manager or a similar role.

Professional certification in Hotel Management will be preferred.

Should be a customer-oriented individual with a good knowledge of hospitality industry standards.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional time-management skills
