The Role

The successful candidate will contribute significantly to shaping global talent attraction strategies and enhancing online visibility to engage potential clients through compelling content.

The Responsibilities

Collaborate on content and social media strategy within the Marketing Team.

Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies for top-quality candidate attraction.

Own the content calendar and generate authentic, on-brand content for the website and social media channels.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to define the employer value proposition (EVP) and create compelling branding campaigns.

Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement.

Execute internal communications and client holiday communications.

Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies for impactful recruitment marketing initiatives.

Maintain the website and social media accounts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The Ideal Candidate

Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about writing and content creation.

Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing or communications.

Impeccable writing skills and adherence to tone-of-voice guidelines.

Proficiency with CMS platforms like WordPress or HubSpot.

Experience in B2B content and SEO knowledge.

Ability to create compelling content for different target groups.

Must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
